the Boltek European Service Center is offering to you  the warranty, the repairs processing as well
as the spare parts from european location.

Pls. contact us, if you

a) have bought at Boltek directly.

b) have bought at S.P.A.C.E. M.Stammler.

c) want a repair with costs or order spare parts.

Pls. be informed that the warranty from Boltek directly is one year and
if you bought at S.P.A.C.E. M.Stammler two years.

Did you bought your Boltek articles of another distributor in Europe, pleae contact them. This distributor will
handle your warranty issues with us and should offer to you two years warranty term also. Distributors from
Non-EU-Countries usually offering one year of warranty.

Pls. contact us through  boltek(at)s-p-a-c-e.de   (replace “at” by “@”) for
service issues. Pls. state your invoice number and date of buying.
